All tour flights must be flown in order. Failing to fly your tour flights in order will fail to award you when the tour is completed.

To check where you left off. Go to the page of the tour you are wanting to fly. Click on the Tour Report link. From there you can see your last leg you flew.

Placing Your Bid

Navigate to the Tours page. Flight Operations –> Tours

From there select the tour you wish to fly.

We are selecting to fly the Long Haul Tour. Click your mouse on the tour title. This will bring you to the individual tour page for your selected tour.

From here you have to options to place your bid. The first will be to click on the ! before the leg number. You will be taken to the tour schedule page of that leg. Click on the green add to bid button. and confirm. After you confirm you will be taken to your bids page. If you are using vmsACARS you can click the yellow Load in vmsACARS to open the bid in vmsACARS.

Option two gives you the choice of aircraft at the point of the bid. Click on the green marker icon under action on the right of the individual tour page. If the icon is red, you have already placed your bid.

Once the marker is clicked, a pop up box will appear. From here you can select your aircraft.

If dont want to select your aircraft at this time, click don’t Book Aircraft. Once you find your aircraft, click Book Aircraft. A pop up will appear regardless of what option you chose.

You will automatically be taken to your Bids page. You have successfully placed a tour bid. Load up your ACARS and start fight as normal.
